Yes, the Smart Harvest Pass is flexible, but because we operate on a strict 14-day "Sown to Order" cycle to prevent waste, every tray is carefully planned and sown within a 14-day growing window based on your processed payment. You can pause or cancel your pass anytime, which will immediately stop your next upcoming Thursday billing. However, any delivery that has already been paid for and started within its growing window cannot be cancelled or refunded—those items will be delivered as scheduled, and your pause will fully take effect on the following cycle. All changes must be managed at least 14 days before your desired pause date.
